    Fornite pack dissapeared after purchase


    Hello and about 2 months ago, I bought the polar legends pack in fortnite for my brother (who plays on my account), and all was fine and he was able to use the skins and everything. But, the next day, While he was playing, the game crashed, and when he relaunched the game, the skins were gone. When we look at our purchase history on xbox, it says that the status for the payment is pending. I have already tried talking to microsoft about this, and I was only led to epic, who legit led me right back to microsoft, and said that it looks like microsoft cancelled our purchase, which makes absolutely no sense, so here I am trying again. It is ridiculous that I literally paid 20 dollars and now I have neither the refund or what I paid for. Someone please help with this
