Formulario de recuperacion no hay respuesta (Recovery Form No answer)

Buenas tarde estoy intentando recuperar uma cuenta la cual es mi perfil de xbox y complete el formulario por q me cambiaron el telefono y el correo del cual tenia la recuperacion de cuenta en caso de perdida pero no resivo respuesta alguna de mi solicitud
y la verdad nesecito recuperar mi cuenta q es [Mod Removed-Personal Information] y ua no veo otro metodo q este por q ya e llenado varios formularios u no hay respuesta

Tengo acceso a la cuenta q tenia como recuperacion y a mi telefono el cual tambien me lo cambiaron tengo la id de mi consola y el nombre del perfil de xbox 360 tal y como se escribe

Tambien recuerdo la contraseña q le tenia antes de q perdiera el ingreso

Hi There,

With the account recovery form the things you fill out need to be exact. Like the name on account birthdate are two big important ones. Also make sure you are getting to the option to put a console id and gamer tag. The only way to recover an account is
the account recovery form. If you believe your account has been taken over you can request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Por lo que entiendo alguien usurpó tu cuenta y modifico los datos de recuperación, verdad... si es así la unica manera posible es seguir estos pasos:

recuerda que una de los consejos es no compartir tu cuenta con nadie para evitar este tipo problemas, pues muchas veces tambien puedes ser acreedor a una sancion por parte de Microsoft
