Former friend harassing to ruin reputation on Xbox

My son was friends with a boy (call him boy X) that he met through a local gym. They seemed to get along and started playing together online probably more than a year ago. We heard through another family in the gym, that X had made fake complaints against their boy (call him Y) and got Y suspended from Xbox for a period of time. Y's mother was not happy about that, but as far as we know, she didn't do anything about it.

Over the past year, boy X has frequently threatened to report my son for hacking. My boy has no idea how to hack. Last week he started telling friends on the Xbox not to play with my son for false reasons.

Since last week, we have seen our X-box reputation go from perfect to needs work and it is now at Avoid Me. We see the number of complaints keep increasing. This is certainly the result of multiple false complaints from boy X against our son, or from players that he is pressuring to complain. We have heard from other friends that this boy has been harassing them online as well. We sent a complaint to Xbox with the user names and described as much as we could about what this boy is doing but we still see more complaints which we know have no basis.

Will the Xbox team actually read the text of our complaint submitted a couple of days ago and see if those complaints are all from the same household or friends of this household? I am in the next room, our son is playing nicely, and we see complaints tick upwards. I wish there was a way to block all users from the same address, root account or household.
