    Formatted my xbox and now I cant log in.


    I formatted my xbox and I didn't realize I don't remember my xbox email or password and that's my only account with live... Ive tried numerous emails and none of them are working.. Does anyone have any solutions about this??? Please help and thank you!

    Well i formatted my hard drive and nothing changed i still cant join my friends and they cant join me...

    i basically cant play any of my games when everi try to connect to a publishers servers it rejects me and kicks me offline for example halo wars 2 now rainbow 6 ive formatted my xbox and nothing im really stuck here ive paid money for my games and i cant
    even play them id alpreciate any help
