  1. Format Device question on Xbox 360

So I had a USB stick that had my copy of Fallout 3 on and I wanted to transfer that over to my Xbox 360, when I selected it, it stated "This will remove all content on this device. Do you want to continue?" Now here is my question, it if choose yes, will
it remove Fallout 3 from my Xbox 360 permanently or can I re download the game from the store? Thanks!

(Also I dont know if I should mention this but my Fallout 3 copy is a digital game)

    :)

If you've bought it off the online store then it's linked to that account you made the purchase on and you can download the game to any console, but it can only be played with that account which made the purchase signed into the console at the time of
playing. With the content already on your device, it will be removed because it will get a reimaging and a clean format so yes, it will be gone however you can just re download it onto the device afterwards via the purchase account.

Hello! If you are transferring it to an account that owns it you will have access to the game no matter what!

    Hello Alesandro,

if you own the game digitally you'll always have access to it. If you can'd find an option to just "copy" the file over, you can always re-install.

    Best Regards,

If you choose to format the USB stick, it will delete everything on that stick and set it up for use with Xbox 360. If there are no other copies of the game visible to the console (on its internal storage or on another stick), then it would be gone from
the console, until you re-download it. As long as you use the account that owns "Fallout 3", you can redownload it from the Xbox Marketplace anytime.
