    Formal complaint


    I would like to file a formal complaint with some sort of supervisor regarding my overall experience with my purchase of an xbox one s and my dealings with the support team regarding the many issues I've had with the xbox along with the support team and
    getting help in general. It's been an incredibly frustrating experience. If someone can tell me where who i need to call/ e-mail to have my complaint by someone that will take it seriously, that would be great.
