    a little while ago i posted asking where i could file a formal complaint about the support team. i recieved this response and then the thread was locked so i could not respond to ask another question. that is what i am doing here. here is the response i
    recieved.

    "Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are seeking a way to file a formal complaint regarding your experiencing with Xbox.

    The only thing that we here on the Xbox Forums can provide you with is an address which you can use to mail your statement of dissatisfaction.

    This is the address "One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98052"



    The response says that "we here on the Xbox Forums can provide is an addresss that i can mail my statement of dissatisfaction."

    If someone on the xbox forums could tell me where i need to go to be provided with a non-physical address to send my statement of dissatisfaction that would be great. It will make it easier if the thread is not locked on this post so that i can respond in
    an easier way next time. Thank you.
