    Forgotten PIN and answer to security question


    My brother has just given me his Xbox 360 and has forgotten both his PIN and the answer to his security question. I want to restore the Xbox to its factory settings so that I can give it to my daughter but I am unable to get past the Family Timer in order
    to do so. I'm running out of time to get it ready for her for Christmas so your help will be most appreciated!

    Sorry, the security questions are unique to each user. No one else will know what they are. Your only option would be to try and contact support for your email address and see if they can help you in some way.

    If you go onto Hotmail and request a password reset and follow the instructions to Contact Customer Support, you can fill out a form to prove you are the owner of the Hotmail Account. This maybe the only way you will get access to your Hotmail details.
