    Hi,

    I downloaded the update a few minutes ago and I had to log in. But the problem is that I forgot my password (I'm writting this form second account) . I can't use my mail to remind it because I also don't remember password for my google account. I have high
    gamer score which I've been collecting for a long time. I'm sorry for all mistakes, I'm not very good at English.

    I have been there - guessing like guessing was guessing

    Though on other services you have to put in those capture words, and That gets annoying. (But is needed)

    I have tried filling out the form a few times. I phoned Xbox Support aswell so they just said fill out the form to Verify the Account is mine and fill what you can remember and see if it works. They are phoning me back so see if it worked or not. So they
    will be trying something else I have used my Card on the Account that i am sure of but i removed the card ages ago.

    If you have tried the last resort of Proving You Are The Owner method and failed. Then I am afraid that it looks like you will not get the account back. You could try one last time and phone Xbox Support and try to provide more details, Support staff will
    not just simple change the details because you asked, they need 100% proof you are the owner.
