Forgotten Password: Recovery form NEED HELP PLEASE

Hi

I have just purchased a new Xbox for my son. We were transferring his account from old xbox to new when I had to log in with my outlook email( I only set this up for xbox and never use it). We get to password and we forget it. Next page only has my old
mobile number so I can't get verification code sent to me. SO I click forgot password. I fill in the recovery form with all the xbox details - taken straight from my son's old xbox which we set up to ensure we had all the correct details. I manage to add bank
details, gamertag, xbox ID number etc etc and then I receive an email stating I haven't put in enough or the correct details. I keep trying and still not getting on. I try live web help but when you type in password issues apparently there is no help for
this and takes you back to the form.

I managed to secure a call because I selected technical issues, only for the man to tell me no one can help. Do the form. I am very frustrated because it looks like my only option is to create a new account which then means I lose all the purchases including
brand new DLC games at xmas time. It seems so unfair that not one person a xbox can guide me through either the process, or can go into my details and change my phone number to my most current one. When I asked this on the phone the man hung up on me.

I just want to transfer our old account with purchased item to his new xbox. It seems the system is wrong if there is no one who can help via a call rather than an online form.

Any help at all would be great. I don't know how it is possible for the form to state I haven't given either enough details ( i completed every question) or wrong details ( I was typing them straight from the xbox screen) The xbox is a late xmas pressie
as we couldn't get one at xmas time. He used his xmas money to buy it a few days ago only to not be able to use it or to lose the games bought on xmas and before this.

PS the man on the phone could confirm the last I changed the password was 6 years ago and that I either had to remember it and type it in correctly or use the form. Please please help a desperate mum.
