Forgotten password but no help

    Forgotten password but no help


    I’ve had an old account on be xbox for a while and I’ve wanted to get it back but I have no access to the email, phone number(s) and I do not know the password I have contacted Xbox many times. But I have had this same email saying we will check in 24 hours
    after every reset attempt. From confirming my Xbox serial ID to getting a code to my email, yet I still haven’t got it.

    Forgotten Password - HELP!

    Hey there Shadow! Unfortunately it would be up to your friend's brother to maintain the information to his own account. If he doesn't remember it, he can try our suggestions here (forums.xbox.com/.../153168.aspx)

    Forgotten Password - HELP!

    Your responsible for that information in keeping it secure unless approved by Microsoft. Sorry, but if you have lost all of the account information then that is your own fault. You are also responsible for YOUR account and everything that account contains
    in it as well. You can try calling an agent for assistance, but I am not sure if they will be able to help you if you don't know any of the account security questions.

    If you have tried the last resort of Proving You Are The Owner method and failed. Then I am afraid that it looks like you will not get the account back. You could try one last time and phone Xbox Support and try to provide more details, Support staff will
    not just simple change the details because you asked, they need 100% proof you are the owner.
