Forgotten password and no access to reovery phone

Dear Sirs

Please can you assist, my son has forgotten his password for his xbox one profile Gingerlion490 assocaited with email
[Mod Removed]; we have tried recovery help but as the account is my young son's we don't use the email and purchase xbox through vouchers/tokens we have been unable to answer sufficient questions from the help section to recover password. If
required we can give details of the games and his gaming activty but he is currently unable to access his profile, while this is not the end of the world living with a teenage boy who can no longer use his favorite COD weapons, etc. is pretty miserable for
me. Is there a way we can get him back in?

No one here has access to your password. If you have forgotten your password

just try resetting it.

 

Locked out of my xbox account. Help please?

I've been locked out of my account for over a year now.

I've forgotten the password to my email so I cannot reset my password.

Two step verification is on, but linked to old phone numbers I no longer have access to.

I've submitted forms to authenticate myself and tried contacting support via email but I've had no luck.

Could someone point me in the right direction or give me any advice ?

The best placed people to help would be our official support, who you can either tweet @XboxSupport , or contact through the following page:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us . You'll need to click account, then password and security. You'll then get the opportunity to talk to an official member of Microsoft staff via an online
chat, or request a call back.

Alternatively, if you can provide me with the country you reside in then I can get you a telephone number to call.
