    I have forgotten my pass code, and then Xbox asked for my favorite fictional character, which I can't remember either, as it has been a while since I have used it. How can sort this out.

    I am trying to set a new password code but I forget what my answer was to the stupid question u need to reset the password code question is favorite fictional characters which I don't know what my answer was and I can't find it anywhere I'm trynna change

    Hi there

    if this is a family passcode you have forgotten that you will need to contact Xbox Support in order to reset it. They will need the serial id of the console and after that they will guide you through the steps to reset it on your end.

    To contact Xbox Support please use:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us     Be aware that the options selected determine the contact options available.

    Welcome to the Xbox Support Forums.



    This is not one of the hardest problems then exsists in the Xbox World.

    Simply re-download your XBox Live Profile.

    Here's how to do it:

    1. Sign out of Xbox Live.

    2. Use the Xbox Guide Button and then select Download Profile.

    3. Enter your E-mail adress AND Password that are associated with your
    Xbox Live Account.

    4. You need permission if your account is perenthal protected. If not, please skip this step.

    5. Choose the Storage Device where you want to save your Profile, for example
    Hard Drive (HDD).
