Forgotten my email and deleted my account

Sorry to hear it. As passwords are not stored on any database it can be a problem if someone forgets theirs. Unfortunately we cannot really help here other than to suggest the following link.

there is not a lot that Microsoft can actually do, it is the responsibility of the customer to keep their credentials safe.

you would need to ring customer support and have absolute accurate information of the account at hand as they will ask an awful lot to prove you indeed own the account.

nothing more we can do here as this is just a public forum with no access to the systems.

You'll want to contact support. As long as you can verify you are the owner of the account, they can get you the email and then you would need to reset the password. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us

Please give phone support a call (twitter won't be able to help) and let them know what happened. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they can give the email to you.
