    Please help, desperate mum of 16yr old!! My son can't get back into his xbox 360 account because he can't remember his email. We've been trying for days, and I've even create this Microsoft account just so I can get to this forum. I've tried Microsoft support
    but no matter how I phrase the question it always ends up asking me for email!!! He knows his password, he knows his username just not his email.

    I've tried to speak to a human but I probably have better luck getting an audience with the pope!

    Please, please please can any of you good people help.

    Sorry to hear you've forgotten your email. If your account logs in automatically to the 360 console the email address will show in the upper right corner.

    If you cannot log into the console because you've forgotten the email then you'll need to contact phone support for more assistance. If you can answer some account specific questions they can provide the email address to you.
