Forgotten email have Xbox 360 and would like to transfer all my achievements to my new Xbox ...

please someone help me, my son got Xbox one for Christmas and I can't get his Xbox account from 360 to one, he has had it for 12 months, don't want to loose everything he has brought and achievements, been on the phone to support for over an he, going in
circles, promised a call back in an he as I was in tears and told I should go rest, my question isn't a hard one and I have pass codes to my sons gamer tags etc, everything else but a simple email, any other way to verify, my credit card etc, you take my money
out of it can't that help, if I'm never going o be able to do it At tell me so I stop wasting every day getting nowhere, cheers heaps

Transfer account

Hi,

I have an old account where all my Xbox game history and achievements are stored (Old email adress). Then I have a newer account where all my Skype info are stored (new email address). I would like to transfer my gaming profile (including all achievements)
to my new account and close the old one. Is that possible?

Transfer game file...

Hey i just received a new Xbox 360 for Christmas, and i would love to transfer my Dark souls game file from my brothers 360 to my new one. I have my own Xbox live account so i know how to transfer all of my achievements from one to the other. I was told
that Dark Souls is the type of game where you cannot transfer the files from one Xbox to another...?

Please help.

My brother has forgotten his old xbox 360 account email and his 360 is broken. He dosent know how to recover it, he does have his profile on the old 360 hard drive but doesnt know how to transfer that data off it.

he had the first xbox 360. He wants to his progile on xbox one but cant remember the email doesnt know how to transfer data off hard drive . Someone please help.

My xbox fried and it won't even turn on so I can recover the email and I have various emails males just to do the fact that I have forgotten them in the past and I have 4 kids that all have xboxes with emails on them I am just trying to transfer all my data to my new xbox I can give them any information they need from my old account as far as games I owned credit card associated with my xbox gold pass et cetera et cetera I would just like to speak to a live person to tell them all this I try using their online support and it never gives me a prompt to speak to a live person even though it says you can or request a call

When I set up the xbox 360, it was for my son, and I used my email address, as he didn't have one. Now he's got an xbox one, I've been given his old 360 and games. However, when I sign in to xbox live, I see his list of friends and achievements. Can I move
my xbox live account to my own gamertag?

You would need to make a new Xbox account in the "add new" section when signing in but that would require a new email to be able to create the new account.
