forgotten email but knows gamertag....

So I have a alternative account that I play with but I forgot the email I used for the Xbox account. I know the gamertag though how can I retrieve the forgotten email so I can play the game associated with that profile?

Unfortunately support wouldn't be able to provide you with what the email is even if you know everything else

so ultimately you'd have to find out what email you used one way or another. The following article has some suggestions:

Ok did you regisred an alternative email address associated with the account or a phone number?

No I did not associate the profile with any of those
