forgotten email account

my son has forgotten what email account he used, and of course password so we are locked out of his xbox live, we changed a password when asked to, but that was my own email address??

Xbox account recovery

If you have forgotten the email for your account you'll need to call phone support. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they will give you the email for the account. If you have forgotten the password as well then you can change it
after getting the email.

Hey there highlol! Yep, you can call Xbox Phone Support and verify the account in question and they will be able to give you that email and get that rolling for ya.
