Forgotten answer to Family Passcode question

Keep in mind that this will reset your entire console so ALL profiles that are on the console will be lost. This will especially affect if you have any offline profiles. These are profiles that are not actually connected to any MS account.

If you have the 360 slim that has the removable HDD on the side of the console then if you remove that from the console before following those steps that will save your profiles from being deleted.

if you have forgotten the family passcode (and security question). The only thing that can be done to reset it, is contacting Xbox Support.

You can do this via
support.xbox.com/contact-us and select the request callback option.

@brandiesel1: The solution you specified is used when somebody has forgotten the xbox live passcode, that solution doens't work for the family passcode.
