Forgotten account

Good afternoon. I have an old account, it was bought xbox live gold. (xbox one). Forgot to turn off auto-purchase. They're taking money off my card. I don't use it. Remember from account only mail *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and nickname StarFounatian912

Forgotten parental account

Greetings, Outside darknes! Thank you for coming to our forums with your question. If you would like to promote your account to an adult account you will need to follow the steps listed here:
support.microsoft.com/.../945418.

Once you promote your account you will need to set the "Voice and Text" and "Online Status" options to "Everyone" in your Privacy and Online Safety Settings in order to use the general chat for Age of Empires Online. Hope this helps!

 

Recover forgotten account

If you don't remember your info (E-mail/Password) for your old GT then I don't think MS can do anything about that. They might know your email but they won't know your password.

 

You can go online at account.live.com and under the services and subscriptions tab turn off the auto renew there.

You would need to sign in with the email and Microsoft account password if you dont remember the password for the account when signing in there is an option that you forgot your password.
