    I have a little problem... I cant remember the Email to one of my Xbox account. Is there anyway i can fint it?

    Now Godmonkee, how will he be able to do that if he doesn't know his email.

    Thematthing - if you can access your dashboard at all with the account, scroll over to System then Profile and see if your email is listed there.

    If you cannot do that, give support a call. They will ask some account specific questions. If you are able to answer them correctly, they'll give you the email address.

    I logged into my xbox this morning and my xbox has asked for my email and password, thaught i knew my email, but my email didnt work i have forgoten my email linked to my account is there any way i can find out my email linked to my account, think problem
    has also happerned to my friend

    Ummm well i forgott to put money in my bank you see and i thought i get charged, so i went to nationwide (mybank) and they destroyed my card and gave me a new one with same details etc. I never got charged but i cant remove mine because of the same message
    'an outstanding balance exists on this payment' Do i have to pay it? Fuc*k that if i got to i just sell my xbox Lol

    Hello Andreas, since you don't remember the email from the account that you own, you should try to remember what the account is or follow the steps below to see if you can find the email you used for the account.

    Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your Gamertag.

    Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.
