    Hello TameChalice3455! I'm very sorry to hear about your issue but your best bet is to contact xbox and provide them with as much info about your account that you know so that can log in and change the password for you.

    Hi there,

    please check if you did enable two step verification, if it is setup you will need to set up an App password and use that one instead of your normal password on the xbox console.

    See this for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../no-prompt-security-code

    If that isn't the case, please try to login at xbox.com with the details for that xbox live account, if you can't login there as well please try the steps here:

    support.xbox.com/.../forgot-microsoft-account-solution

    If all fail, please follow the steps mentioned by lenzio to contact Xbox Support
