Forgot to deactivate the Auto Renewal

So, it seems i forgot to deactivate the auto-renewal and now have been banned (from what i can tell on Xbox.com).

The Xbox support is currently closed in my country, so, what do i do now?

To stop auto renewal you can simply sign in online (on this website), select "My Account", and it will tell your current subscription to xbox live and give you the option to deactivate auto renewal.

banning and Autorenew are not related to each other.

banning happens when you are reported for bad behaviour.

if you forgot to turn it of and your renewal fee could not be charged, then only your Gold is affected, you would have to get through to xbox Support.

 

Yep. What has happened is that if your payment did not go through your purchasing privileges have been revoked until the payment is made. This means that you will not be able to download anything from the marketplace or add points or memberships.

If you have no payment method added to your account you can head over to commerce.microsoft.com to add one to pay for the membership or contact phone support to arrange payment and turn off auto renewal so this doesn't happen again.
