Forgot the password to my microsoft account. Tried everything. Can't sign in.

Do you have other login methods set up for your account, such as email, phone number, authenticator, 5X5-digit recovery code, etc.? If you have set them up, you can try to log in using these methods.



Regarding your experience, I really want to help you get your account back immediately. But please understand that Microsoft accounts are managed by fully automated servers and no one can access them manually. All security information in the account is managed by cloud services.



But unfortunately, when users need to perform account operations, the standard process is to use security verification methods and account recovery forms.

The premise of filling out the recovery form is to know the current email address of the account and that the account has not been set up for two-factor verification.

This can be hard to swallow for anyone, but hopefully the information I provided above will give you a better understanding of your Microsoft account security policies.

It sounds like you created a new account instead of signing into the old one. You would need the correct log in information for the original account.

If you can't remember the Microsoft account, try this https://support.xbox.com/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution
Once you have the email, you can reset the password if you do not remember the correct password.
