forgot the family setting passcode w/ forgot passcode question

I forgot the family settings passcode, we made one about 5-6 years ago for my brother but we can’t even remember the code nor the question to reset it. We tried visiting the xbox website it sent us to and it said that “xbox support content is no longer being maintained”. It told us to post on the forums so here we are. How can you reset the passcode?

Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.
