Forgot previous gamertag login details

Hi,

We got a complicated issue:

- we bought XBox One console last X'Mas

- my son then created an account on the console

- later we found out he created a faked adult account

- there was no Xbox Live subscription, no credit card associated with this faked adult account

- his gamertag. eg. "john junior"

- he then installed games by using download codes (eg. for Assasain Creed, Call of duty, ... etc)

- then our console was faulty

- get a replacement from our retailer

Now the problem came:

- he logged in by his gmail account he "thought" that he was using in the previous console

- of course he got a new gamertag, eg. "staple world"

- however, he forgot the login details of his previous gamertag john junior

- now he cannot retrieve all his installed games

Just find no way to prove my son is the gamertag hold of "john junior".

My son tried hard but looks difficult to remember the details he put in when he created that faked account.

Is there any way my son can retrieve his xbox account that was in our previous console?

Forgot my outlook adress

I forgot to remember my account login details and especially the outlook adress, which I created one or two days ago. The gamertag is Quiickhiits and I'm happy to answer the security details. Please help me out!

Alright so 2months ago my xbox broke and i used a seperate email for xbox so i've forgotten my password but when i click recover account it keeps saying my security question is wrong?? ? I put it as mother's birthplace and says it's wrong? i think i know
where my mother was born lol... wtf is this ***

 

You would have to try contacting support. If you can verify that you are the owner of the account they can get you the email you used and you would need to reset the password. However, because he faked the details, it may be difficult getting it back.

Yes, contacted support and was suggested to post a thread here to get extra help.

I talked to my son again and re-do what he had done with XBox console, finally he "remember" his new account name but forgot the password. Also he use hotmail account as alternate account, as you know hotmail is no longer existed and he had never created
hotmail account himself. Anyway he can tell what was the DOB he entered, hope it is helpful.
