Forgot password, trying to change number and email on file but it locked me out

The system is currently in the quarantine stage, I was hoping there was a way to fix it so we could get in.

Hello Amberleesmama, if you no longer have access to the security information that is in your account, be it a phone or email, you will have to choose the option in which it says you no longer have the security information and make the exchange, with this the system will automatically go into quarantine for 30 days to make the exchange.

Hello again, if the system is already quarantined then it does not cancel the process if it does not have to start again.

well I wanted to change the email from the invalid email but when trying to sign in it says someone else is on my account and brings me to a page with three choices 1.send a email with a security number tothe invalid emai 2.finish a questionnaire (which
proved a problem last time and locked my account so i'm not even going to try it.) and 3.input the security number you received from the security team via. email (but i can't recive the email because it is sent to a invalid email address or in other words
a email i forgot the password to and is now long gone) the password switch was easy and worked so i now know my password i just have this problem to do.

it is linked to another email and i forgot what the password was so it wont let me change it
