Forgot password for hotmail account i haven't used in years.

Hello, my name is Jason and im attempting to recover my account but it has been actual years since i last logged into it, if i recall correctly the Xbox 360 required you to set up an account so 14 year old me didn't take it too seriously. and since it's
been years since ive done anything with it, the recovery questions are crazy hard, like "what was the card number you used and its expiration date?" i dont have a copy of my mom's credit card from 7 years ago, nor am i able to answer who i've emailed to and
the subjects of said emails.

Furthermore, my sister traded in the 360 at gamestop when i was away. So am i completely screwed here? Is there any IP tracking or questions i could answer with an actual person instead of a set list of extremely restricting questions?

Can't reset silver account password

I set up a silver account for my girlfriend a year ago and haven't used it in at least six months. I tried logging in today and it asks me for my password which doesn't work. Then it says to reset my password I should go to xbox.com/forgot but that is asking
me for a microsoft account but I signed up her silver account with my yahoo email address and not a hotmail/microsoft address. How do I reset this password? When I type in the yahoo address it says it's invalid.

old account issues.....

several years back (2009 or sooner)i created a hotmail account so i could use XBL. i completely forgot about it until today 08/10/2013 when it asked me on XBL for the account and password to verify that it was my account. Not knowing the password or the
secret question are all of my XBL points as well as achievements gone for good???
