    I have an account [Mod Removed], I still receive emails from it, however I am locked out and when I try to get a security code sent to me, it doesn't get sent, because the same email is also somehow connected to my [Mod Removed] account. I have been locked
    out of [Mod Removed] for a couple of years, I set up a pass code using the controller when I wasn't exactly sober and haven't been able to get into the account since. I don't have access to the phone number either. The account is still on my xbox, along with
    Harsh Subset and my wife's account [Mod Removed]. I want to know how I can take off the pass code on the [Mod Removed] account so I can have all the gamer score stats back. Please help.

    XBOX LIVE PASSCODE.

    Are you referring to the LIVE passcode, or the Family Settings passcode? The Family Settings code will not be reset by a recover. If you forgot this passcode you can try answering the security question or calling phone support.
