    I forgot my 4-digit passcode and can't sign into my account! I don't know how to fix it. Please help!

    Hello, if you set the DOB on the account to be at least 18, you will need to go to Settings, Account, Promote Account. :) If the account is still a child account, you will need a passcode, if you have forgot the passcode, enter the passcode in wrong once
    and then select "Reset Passcode" :)
