    If you or your parent forgot the parental pass code, then they will need use the Reset Pass Code option. If they forgot the answer to the security question, your only option is contacting
    Microsoft Phone Support so they can reset it.

    upgrade child account to adult account without being signed in to live

    If you cant remember your password goto login.live.com and click forgot password. Follow all the directions and you should be on your way. Please have a parent by to assist you with the questions. If your still having troubles please call 1800-4MY-XBOX.
