Forgot or never created an Email assocatied to my Xbox/Halo Waypoint account

Hiya,

I logged out of my account on Halo Infinite on PC then when I tried to log back in it asked for my Email rather than my gamertag. I thought when I created my account it wasn't connected to an email, and when I try to login trying other emails I have it get a timeout error.

Anyone know if how I can login with just my gamertag?

Hello Ghostly_Beam, unfortunately a few years ago gamertag is completely attached to the email account, to log in with your account need to know your Email, phone, or Skype name.

What you need to do is use the email that you used when you FIRST signed up for Xbox Live. It doesn't have to be a Windows Live email address. For example, I used my "yahoo.com" email address when I first created my Live account, so that's the one I use
to sign into Xbox.com, Halo Waypoint, and Bungie.net.

Hello, if you log into or create an account on the Halo Waypoint site that link will redirect you to a code. However the trial cannot be added to an existing Xbox Live membership.

I cannot reach halo waypoint support without signing in to my halo waypoint account, which is what i am struggling with

I need help to my spartan is fine, but my waypoint rank was but @ 1 and sometimes goes to 25. MY rank was some where between 37-46 and it says i have never played Halo CA, Halo 3, Halo 3 ODST, and Reach. I have the achievements on my profile but not on waypoint
and there forums are down for me
