Forgot network password

Your network password? Do you mean the password you use to connect your devices to your home Wifi?

If you had your network hardware installed by your ISP, there should be a network password written down somewhere on the modem/gateway/router, usually on a sticker. Call your ISP if you need help on that.

If you have your own network hardware, you will need to consult your included manuals or other documentation on how to access the device settings. Or, worst case, press the reset button on the back to reset the network device back
to factory defaults.

If you can't use any of the password reset options, you can still get access to your Microsoft account by completing an online account recovery form. To do this, go to Recover your Microsoft
account, follow the steps in the section above, and choose I can’t use any of these options. Then, follow the prompts to complete the online account recovery form to recover your account.
