Forgot my password.

I had an Xbox One until lightning hit our house and a surge blew out most of our electronics. This was probably sometime in march 2016. I just now bought a new Xbox One S. I am trying to access my old gamertag Dr1V3N_oN3 but I forgot the password I used.
I can access my email that the account was originally setup with. When I click "Forgot my password" it asks me for a security code and it wants to send it to my old phone number. So I click I don't have or know any of these and put in a different email address.
I get the code and fill out the Account Recovery Form. I tried until it gave me a message telling me to wait 24 hrs and try again. But it sent me an email saying ("We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account

  they sent you.
• Make sure to use the correct domain for your account, such as
  hotmail.com,
  outlook.com. Keep in mind that your email address may be country specific. For example, if you created your account in Sweden, your domain would be “hotmail.co.se” rather than “hotmail.com”.")

I have talked to a few different tech support people from Microsoft with no help. They either tell me to wait 24 hrs or tell me they need the Console ID off the old console that wont turn on.

Yeah it was the online one i tried, and called them multiple times, say they can't give me my password.
