    Forgot my parental control pass code as well as my security question...


    Hi, I have forgotten both the parental pass code and the security question on our Xbox 360. I have attempted some of the suggested methods to reset which don't appear to be working - most of these seem to be from US-based users and I wonder if there is a
    different method for resetting in a different region? (I am in Australia). Xbox support seems to be US-based, so I am finding it difficult to get some help with this one. If anyone had any suggestions, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I forgot my password for the parental control and the answer to the security question as well.

    How can I reset it? Do you need any Console serial number or ID?

    If you or your parent forgot the parental pass code, then they will need use the Reset Pass Code option. If they forgot the answer to the security question, your only option is contacting
    Microsoft Phone Support so they can reset it.
