There's probably an emailadress connected to your husbands profile, even if you just added it as an extra profile on your console.

On that page click Billing and Memberships, under Microsoft Account click Forgot Microsoft Account Username.

But it didn't help at all.

I forgot everything: my gamertag AND the eMailadress. The only thing I have is the gamekey.

Steam support sends me to you guys (and, as mentioned before, the hotlines keep telling me that they're not able to help me).

When searching in the support-forums I seem to get in a link-loop...

Please be sure to use the exactly same emailadress like you used on creating your account on the 360. Normally if using the same emailadress and entering a wrong password gives you an error. So it may be that you used the wrong emailadress.

So just go ahead and try again.
