Forgot my login email for my xbox account on xb360... recovery for my xbox one

Dear Support,

I don't remember or have access to my old XBOX account I created on the Xbox 360. Now I bought an Xbox one and want to log in with it.

Is there any way to recover it just with the Gamertag? (i still know it)

lost my account

Knowing the email address for your account is an important first step to recovery. Check the inboxes of all of your known email addresses for anything related to your gamertag.

Hello jmz731, if you have forgotten your email and were unable to verify your account with a Support Agent you will have to try and remember any old emails you may have used and then attempt to log in or reset the password.

When you attempt to log in or reset password with an email address that is not a Microsoft Account it will let you know that it is not a valid email.

If you are still unable to remember your email then you will have to make a new MSA and Gamertag.
