Forgot my Login after Downgrade from Win10 to Win8.1

Hello there Community I have a Little Problem with my account its long time when this happened but I have realized that I can´t use my Win10 Minecraft version anymore so I want to get my Old Microsoft account back. I know a little bit that the E-Mail was
a @Outlook.com E-Mail and with the Website of Mojang I have found out that I Activated it at the 3 August 2015. Is there a Chance that I can get My Old Account back with This Information and also my Birthdate and More Information about me? When yes can you
Pls Tel me Where I can do This

How to get a new Minecraft Windows 10 code?

I have redeemed de MC Win10 code using one of my computers, and installed the Minecraft Beta.

A few days later I have reverted the installation of Windows 10 on that computer as I was not satisfied with the upgrade from Win7 to Win10.

Recently I have upgraded another PC of mine from Win8.1 to Win10 and I would like to use the MC Windows 10 Beta on that PC.

The gift code, however, has already been redeemed and I cannot use it to install the MC Beta.

Would it be possible to get another MC Win10 Beta gift code, so that I can install the Beta on my current Win10 PC?

One additional note - I noticed that I have this same issue with one achievement for Minesweeper on Win8.1, so I don't believe the issue is exclusive to Win10.
