Forgot my Email address to my new Gamertag.

Hey everyone, when I first my bought my new Xbox 1 I couldn't remember my old Gamertags details (The one I'm on now.) so I made a new one. I had planned to sell my Xbox 1 because of my financial situation so I wiped the HDD and factory restored the Xbox
1. I decided to keep it instead, but now I cannot for the life of me remember the email I used to make my GT. I know the Gamertag, I more than likely know the password, but your support options for XBL absolutely refuse to help my retrieve the email I created
for this account. (Which you only make people type in once upon registration, then it's lost into the enigma for eternity.) I've tried all of your "support options" which are basically just anything anyone would do if they forgot their Email address to any
account they've ever created for anything.

C'mon, seriously?

"Try using different emails that you may have used to create the Gamertag!" Wow! Really?! I never *** thought of that. That's just such a good support option especially when I CAN'T REMEMBER THE *** EMAIL ADDRESS. Ridiculous.

Then the other two support options I get are to Tweet MS at their stupid *** support Twitter (because that's logical and not at all time consuming) or use these forums. (Which if you're trying to figure out your email address you couldn't sign into and post
anyway hahahaha) Guess what I chose.

How's about a 24/7 hotline like every *** company that deals with this issue ever to *** exist? Nah, too easy, too helpful. Let's make it an absolute cluster ***.

Anyway, if there's anybody that could help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated. I will try not to berate MS any further, but the way this issue is handled absolutely baffles me.

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

yeah just create a new email address, go to xbox.com and change the email associated with your gamertag. heres the lnk for you.

Ran into an issue with backwards compatible games. (Please Help.)

It gives you an option to download new profile (Gamertag). It will have you enter your email address and password, and everything should be there. I changed my Gamertag last week and everything worked perfectly fine.

Did you actually contact support directly (via phone or chat)? Really they would be the only ones who can get it for you.

 

No.. The only contact options they gave me are to post here and to Tweet them. I don't even have a *** Twitter.
