Forgot my account email

i have two main accounts for xbox and i forgot one of their emails. my xbox glitched and deleted everything and signed all the accounts out so i went to sign back in but i cant remember the email. i tried the forgot email and it showed me the first two letters of the email but i still cant remember what it was. if it helps i know the gamer tag of the account? but is there anyway i can get it back as that account has all my progress on fh5! thanks in advance

When you log into your account on an Xbox, in the upper right it flips between your Gamertag and the email for the account.
