You can find your email on here if this is your Live account. Go to your profile screen and below your avatar there will be some links in green lettering, click on the one that says "Contact Preferences". Your email address will be in a grey box at the
bottom.

this is another account becuse i couldent sign into my real one

Hey there Thunder- When the screen comes up where you should enter the Parent Account credentials, the E-Mail part should already be filled in with the E-Mail of the parent account. (Alternatively, you could calls Xbox Customer Support and they may be able
to give you the E-Mail) But, once you have the parent account E-Mail, visit
https://accounts.live.com and from there, click on "Forgot Password" and try resetting the password that way
