    I'm assuming here you're referring to the console family passcode. If you don't know the password, or the reset question answer then you will need to
    contact phone support here and they will be able to help you reset it.

    Well if you are taling about the 4 digit passcode for the xbox settings and stuff then you will have to conaact Xbox support. It seems though you are talking abouit account and if you are then thats a whole nother mess of jumping through hoops
