Forgot Microsoft Email address

Hi

I had a Xbox360 and i recently switched to a ONE console my brother forgot his email address and now he can't recover his gaming profile he knows the gamer tag but can't remember the email address how can we recover it??

Forgot microsoft account email address

Hi, my uncle has forgotten his Microsoft account email

address. Because of this he is unable to access his xbox live account which he

wants back. Without the email address he won’t be able to do this and he has

spent a lot of money on the account. He set the account up about 5 years ago, I

think he just wrote random letters for the email address. If anyone could help

I would really appreciate it as he has spent a lot of money on the account and

wants to find out the email address. Thank You!

The only way to find out the e-mail associated with a gamertag is to either contact phone support or Microsoft chat support.

Please visit this page here to reach out to them.

Billing and Memberships > Under Microsoft Account click Forgot Microsoft Account Username > Select either Microsoft Chat Support, or Request a Call.

Please Note: You will need to answer any and all questions that phone/chat support ask you before they are able to give you the e-mail on that account. Without being able to answer their questions successfully you will not be able to get the
e-mail.

support.xbox.com/contact-us

Do to Microsoft taking account security very very seriously, your brother will have to prove to the agent that he is the account holder by answering a series of security questions related to the account.

If he doesn't remember his email, and can't pull it up on the console, he'll need to contact Xbox Customer Support.

The email address is my ex wife’s email. The phone number is her phone number. I have the serial number for the system the Xbox was created on. I have PTSD and memory issues from that, so I can’t remember much. I called Xbox and they didn’t help because it’s been 9 years. So I lost thousands of dollars worth of games and DLC.

What you can try is to check if any application has this registered email, browser and related things.
