forgot info on email

my son was signed out of his xbox account and its been so long i have forgotten all the info on the email account connected to it...,. no matter what i send to forgot password its not enough info... he needs this account opened back up. any suggestions

Hiya, it's not possible to have two gamer tags associated with the same email. You can have billing info going to the same address but not the account itself. Here is a page that will help you find the email address.
