    I have an old account on xbox 360 from 2011 , it has some of games that i need to play on xbox one.

    The problem is that i forget all the important info about my account because i used only to buy games

    Call xbox support give them your GT and they will ask a few more questions and they might be able to help

    Hi there,

    Like mentioned above, you can contact Xbox Support, and when they can verify that you are the owner of the account (by answering questions correctly) they should be able to specify the email address of the account.

    To contact them use
    support.xbox.com/contact-us     and select the Xbox Support option
