Forgot email/username

Had an Xbox stolen and sold by a family member, I don't know the email, or username, but remember the gamertag, and can answer any of the information linked to the account I'm sure, can support help me recover it by the gamertag? Or am I screwed? I can't afford a new Xbox plus all my games..... I miss my black flag, and odyssey:'(

I'm sorry but even if we know our Gamertag Xbox Support will not be able to provide details in regards to our Microsoft email credentials.

But no worries, as I have methods where you can check Microsoft accounts that you may have used here.

Since your Xbox console has been sold you may need to check on your other devices such as mobile devices, laptops, or PC, and sign in to https://xbox.com using all Microsoft accounts you own just to review.

If you’re not able to access to that account anymore, you may need to proceed with the account recovery form:

https://account.live.com/acsr

Sadly only a username is not enough proof of purchase, it's public and anyone can see your gamertag

In cases like this no one Microsoft agent can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies
