Forgot email, changed phonenumber. What do i do?

Today i had an issue, where my xbox needed an factory reset due to the so called "Green screen of death".

I lost al my accounts on my xbox, and now I am trying to get my specific xbox account back to be able to play my games.

I cant remember my email to this account, and I dont have my phone number anymore. I have a new phone number.

What can i do in order to get my account back?

-I know the gamertag.

-I have spent alot of money on this account.

-I cant remember if I put this email as security for the account.

If I cant do anything with this, what do i need in order to get my account back?

hey fill out the recovery page go to Microsoft.com sign out of all accounts sign in reset password then fill in the page if u cannot find email i suggest you look on all devices Microsoft.com click on ur profile and if ur lucky it might be signed in when u click profile it will show EMAIL IF UR SIGNED IN IF NOT CONTACT MICROSOFT SUPPORT ONLINE OR WAIT FOR AMBASSADOR OR OTHER PEOPLES RESPONSE HOPE IT HELPS

What do you mean by "forgot to choose an email format"? How were you able to change the email?

Actually, support will also change it IF your gamertag = FirstnameLastname, Address, PhoneNumber AND if you ask for the change.
