Forgot Account Email

Hey my xbox got stolen and I thought I knew forrsure what my email was on that account ive recovered it before but now when I type in the email it brings up one of my real old accounts, I really want my account back the gamertag is Molliw0pped and I got
like 7 years on that profile. Well please help, Thank you bye

Forgot account email adress!

Your best bet is to contact Xbox Support and see if they can validate your gamertag so that they can provide the Microsoft Account email address that is tied to your gamertag.

Please be aware that Xbox Support is not able to simply provide the MSA without first validating the account, and cannot provide the password either.

Forgot account email adress!

I am on my main account and have not been on my second account in ages and have forgotten the email for it! I have the gamertag all I need is the email, please help. I will message a helper my gamertag and could you possibly send me the email, thanks.

Ohh && I have proof too idk how im suspose to prove it but I got a recent email that says my xbox live on molliw0pped is bout to expire in febuary and when I try to download profile Molliw0pped doesn't come up, Just which must be a real old account

Hello! If you have forgotten the email to an account, please reach out to Xbox Phone Support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) and inform them that you have forgotten the email to said account.

If you can't log in to Xbox Live on your console and you don't remember your e-mail, I would recommend contacting Microsoft Support. Once they verify you are the owner of the account they
should be able to help you figure out the associated e-mail to the Gamertag. Afterward, you can go to

xbox.com/forgot to try and figure out the password. Let us know if you need any additional assistance. Thank you,

Based on the description, you forgot the Microsoft account that you are using where your Mojang account was migrated. Microsoft account was not secured as well by adding alternate email address and phone number in your security information. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

As per information, you have known for your Java profile name. We can try reaching Minecraft support if they have the tool to identify what Microsoft account that was used to migrate your Mojang account and make sure to provide transaction ID to show ownership of the account. Here in my Microsoft, we do have the tool for username look up however it will not work for you this time since no information remembered that was tied up to your Microsoft account. Contacting Minecraft support will not give us an assurance to identify your Microsoft account however it is worth a try.
