    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    As per Xbox/Microsoft Support: "Important Xbox Support can’t provide this info, even if you know your gamertag."

    We just need to locate the Microsoft email address with the methods available.

    The Microsoft account may be signed in still on your browser so please go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and check the Microsoft account sign in.
