Forever stuck in Beta? (Minecraft Windows10)

Hey so I enrolled into the insider program to try the RTX Beta, an when I was done I unenrolled, and also uninstalled minecraft, then restarted my pc, an tried to install the game again, but, it installed as beta. So I uninstalled it again, made sure I
was unenrolled (I was and am still) anleft it uninstalled for like 4 or 5 days. Installed it today and boom, still the beta version for some reason. I've done literally everything Ive seen to try to get it out of beta. I bought this version of the game to
play with my sister an friends on xbox, but i havent got to play would love some help please
